The only nice thing about this hotel was the view from the roof terrace. That said, don't be fooled by the pictures of the ballon views, as they don't look anything like that and are pretty far away. Room was not very clean at all, mold on …

We loved our stay. The view was nice and very near to the Kizilirmak river, the famous hanging bridge and bus terminal station (walking distance). Room was very comfy and cool. Only bad thing is that they took away breakfast at 10.25, although the finish time was 10.30. We were very disappointed. I hope they take care of this for others.

I stayed here for three days they have the best service and are hospitable. The breakfast is the best breakfast I've ever had it's very cultural and also healthy. Alhumdulillah it made me full for the whole. Best Hotel ever!!.

It was okay the staff was supportive as we reached early. They provided us showers and helped us settle in. The host is always greeting with a smile. Rooms were okay. Cleanliness was a plus for this hotel. View of avanos and the hot air balloons was superb. Very near to bazaar and they only serve breakfast that’s a negative.
